Cybercellar failing to deliver order in more than a month; unable to contact them
Wine ordered by internet. Was informed on 5 July that order was ready and on its way. Nothing has been delivered yet. Attempts to contact Cybercellar unsuccesful. Tried 2 email addresses and the telephone number. Reply came back that the adresses and telephone number do not exist. Wine already paid for more than a month ago not yet delivered. Order number #1000454088

Non-existent Customer Service one time to many. Closing account immediately. Competitors are world class. Cybercellar is classless.
Good stock items, but customer service and delivery are awful. Easy order system, with confirmation order stating delivery in company's operational city was 1-3 days. 14 days later my order had not been delivered, with no follow up emails or notifications, zero correspondence. Then sent emails and messahes via their "customer service" bot, none of which were responded to, no apologies, no communication whatsoever. Online order system also stated the order had been delivered, but no proof of such. After messages to customer service, finally received order, but still zero communication or apologies. **** poor in this day and age. Will not use them again. No wonder they've already been bailed out by investors.

Excellent service and happy customer!
Very happy with my order and excellent service of this business. Accidentally added an item to my cart, sent them an email and by the next morning it was quickly sorted out. Overall there are so many wines and spirits to choose from, don't think I will order wine any other way again! Happy customer 👏

Excellent service and happy customer!
Very happy with my order and excellent service of this business. Accidentally added an item to my cart, sent them an email and by the next morning it was quickly sorted out. Overall there are so many wines and spirits to choose from, don't think I will order wine any other way again! Happy customer 👏

Great choice and service
I ordered and received my wine just before Christmas. I really like being able to order less than a case so I can try the different wines. Communication from Cybercellar on order progress was excellent. Outstanding service.

Great choice and service
