Worst service ever

Ordered a fibre line 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for installation. This was eventually booked and confirmed for yesterday and the technician did not arrive. They promised that he (Mike) will phone me this morning to arrange a time to install today. And again no one called. I then phoned them at 12:30 and wanted to speak to the owner (Irma), she was busy and said she will call me back. The office is now closed and she never called me back. Not just the worst service ever, but not even common decenty whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM CYBER SOUTH!!!
