Disappointing Service from DA Funk

Very poor communication from DA Funk Team. After countless follow up's I have received no feedback, the cell phone number on the website goes straight to voicemail, emails go unanswered. I have even tried to send a message via social media. No feedback received in this regard. My order was placed almost a month ago, and I have not heard anything back.
