I want to commend Johandre from DAB PUMPS SOUTH AFRICA for his excelence service to assist me in repairing my ESYBOX Dab pump 1.1 under the guarentee. He went out of his way to make sure that the agents repair the problem without costs.

DAB Sybox Mini 3 doesn't work well. The pump measures leaks in the house and is not possible to adjust the sensitivity of the equipment. The pump is on/off 24/7, which is a nightmare. Technical support is very inefficient and unprofessional. I've heard much more good thinks about the Jojo pumps that I'm moving too. DAB is the worse pump ever.

I've bought 3 DAB water pumps over the last 3 years from Agri Durbanville, DAB does not really honor any guarantee or warranty. They simply reject all claims, I'm going to claim from my insurance and will not buy a replacement DAB pump. I will go to another brand.

This is the most horrible pump I ever had. Dealer not honoring any claims. Pumps don't last beyond 6 months. Will most definitely not advise this pump to any body. give it a pass. Had my last one of 4 now with no claims being honored and not a single pump going beyond 6 months. does not even deserve a 1 star.

We bought a DAB EASYbox mini from Plastikor in Pretoria North. This was October 2020. We installed it at our client on October 10 2020. About 3 weeks ago, our client complained that the pump is not working. We removed the pump and returned it to Plastikor, which in turn returned it to DAB South Africa. 2 weeks later we contacted Plastikor, who informed us that DAB South Africa informed them that the pump is damaged and indicates 20 000 hours runtime. That equates to 833 days. I believe that this must be an error, as the pump is only 250 days old(in use). The pump also did not run 24/7 so max hours only about 1000. Now DAB requires R2500 to repair the pump, even though the pump is clearly still under guarantee. I believe that maybe the pump was mistakenly swopped at your service centre. We install DAB equipment on a weekly basis for clients, but this one will make us look elsewhere.

Gave a two month old pressure pump in at NTK Bela Bela just before lockdown - cannot get an answer on the status of the pump for 4 weeks now? NTK is being put on a bad space as it reflects badly on them.

Customer Complaint We purchased a DAB Water Pump from Afgri Branch, Standerton on the 26 June 2018. The pump was secured to a cement slab and functioned perfectly for 3 weeks until it totally ceased. Resetting the pump did not restart the pump. We sent the pump to DAB Pumps SA, Olifantsfontein, for assessment on 1 August 2018 and contacted Frank Hornby (DAB Technician) 21 August 2018 only to have hit a brick wall. The reason for the pump ceasing to work was due to Water Damage, and unfortunately the warranty did not cover water damage – even if the pump was splash proof according to Frank. How surprising – A water pump not under warranty if it gets wet. Thinking this must be some kind of joke, we requested to speak to his Manager, Hein Botha. Frank Hornby kindly informed us that the Manager of DAB, according to company policy, may not speak to clients and assist with there concerns. Well this was the first time we heard a manager may not assist clients. This is totally unacceptable quality of product and service from DAB Pumps SA (Olifantsfontein). It is impossible for a new pump to cease after 3 weeks use in perfect dry conditions. We suspect a faulty or secondhand refurbished item was sold to us that day. All we expected was replacement or repair of the pump to working condition. Is that too much to ask? Unhappy Customer
