Daisy Business Solutions worse than Telkom
Daisy Solutions worse than Telkom.. They promise you all the nice things and its so cheap, but there are hidden truth's that you are not being informed about. They used our wifi at the business to log in for remote fault finding. Then when I told them that it is wrong they did not even consult us about using our wifi, now we have to pay for a technician to come out to site. They did not inform us that maintenance plan will cost us R8000 per year otherwise we will have to pay for a technician to come out every time we have a problem. There should not be call outs from a technician costing R8000 per year if their hardware have no issues.

Daisy Solutions worse than Telkom.. They promise you all the nice things and its so cheap, but there are hidden truth's that you are not being informed about. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
For the past 7 years that I have dealt with this company I have received excellent communication and assistance from Donovan Idas, he has gone beyond and above with the service and help he has given to me. Weather it is early in the morning or at times after hours. Keep up the good work Donovan.

Worst service provider out there
The fact that the lowest rating is 1 star is a joke. Here is my story. I signed up Beginning of the year through a company called FST in JHB. I live in Paarl Western Cape. The promised me a faster line for not that much more than I was paying. After the contract was signed I was handed over ro Daisy Business solutions for all queries etc. I noticed that they deal mostly with companies and not individuals. Only when I started having techinical issues because I do online gaming I rwalised how uniquipped the were with dealing with issues. At first after reporting issues it took days for tgem to respond. I eventually got hold of a Tech guys that worked for them and he did not have a clue how to assist. Finally I got fed uo and asked them to downgrade tge service so I can look at another service provider that can actually assist. It took another 2 weeks after a couple of heated emails to get a response that I should print paperwork and send it via courier to their offices in Cape town, to which I started laughing as a proper service provider has an app that you can change your pavkage at will. I decided to ask them to cancel my contract as I feel that they are not suited to deal with me as an individual. Needless to say I received an email with a cancellation fee for the rest of the contract for over R30000.00. When I queried this stating that they let me sign a contract for services that the can not provide properly, I was told there is nothing they can do. After a phone call to explain my situation they tild me they will reply via rmail. This was more than a week ago. Sorry but they are officially the worst service provider ever.

Totally *********.
The owners of this business should be in jail. They have constructed and elaborate **** service that locks small businesses into very very long term contract with no way out. They have multiple companies in collusion and are taking advantage of the little guy. Disgusting ********* behaviour. Sies. They are linked to Assetfin and who knows what other companies.

Daisy business solution not to be trusted
Do not use this company. Not only are they not answering any phone calls or emails they keep on debiting your account even if they are in contract breach. Avoid them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Collusion and *******ion at its finest!!! Dont ever work with them
I wish i could rate with a zero. Sales reps colude with staff and offer them vouchers and incentives to sign on deals with them. We had a staff member put us in serious debt by signing us into a contract with them and when we try to cancel the contract there is no possible way out as all their companies are linked together. when questioning them they go into full on defence. They are also linked with assetfin finance and smart office connexion and all their contracts are linked. you cant cancel one without the other and the have ridiculous settlement amounts. they resigned us with the exact same printers and devices for a second 5 year period and to get out we have a ridiculous settlemement of about R1.5 million. Never do business with them.

Daisy telecoms Horrible service and ****
I experienced a horrible service with daisy Business solutions stay away to this company if don't want problems.Their salesman came to my office in Johannesburg and told me that I will pay R900 a month for office telephones and I sign the contract, few months later I received the email from onother company called Astinfin Gauteng said I owe them R9000.00 i told them I don't know them I know daisy Business solutions two years later they send me sherrif they took all my office equipment and block my business account. I went to the court to stop them instead they came again a took the car for my wife in my house.They did not call me to the court just send sherrif I told my lawyer, Remember I'm paying them every month while doing this drama.I asked their lawyer which company is Astinfin Gauteng they said is sister company but they hide to me the day I signed. They abuse customers they will bill and their sisters company Astinfin will also bill aswell. Now their lawyers demanding R250 000.00 never ever do the business with these people they are ****mers.
