I paid R10,000 on 13 February 2026 for enrolment in an online course. The payment was made via EFT into Damelin (Pty) Ltd – Online’s FNB account (Account No. 62605187245, Branch Code 204109).
The course had not commenced at the time of cancellation. No academic services were rendered.
A formal written cancellation was submitted before the course started. Despite this, no response has been received and no refund has been processed.
