The worst car service ever!

<p>Let me tell you about my experience with Damon Auto. My Changan Bakkie had to go for its annual service and I usual take it to a Changan dealer Rainbow Motors in Pretoria-North where I’ve always received excellent service. But because they are a bit far for me I decided to try another dealer: Damon Auto in Silverton. Now the reason I am unhappy is because they charged me a standard service fee of R1950.00 for a less standard service. Now let me explain what I got for their standard service. Car parts worth R489 bought at Nascar Motor Spares (yes I saw the Nascar invoice) and less than an hour’s labour. That was it. They did not even wash the car or even gave me a checklist on things they checked which mean I have no idea what they did. Damon Auto in Silverton should really not be trusted with peoples cars. They will never see me again and I will tell everybody about your service. If that is their standard service I do not want to know how’s their professional service. If I wanted a backyard mechanical service I would have gone to a backyard mechanic.</p>
