Saved from water flooding my house

I have a French drain at my house, installed by Dampcon a few years ago, which keeps my house dry by collecting underground water into a sump….this water is then expelled by a submersible pump. This pump developed a problem today, and with the torrential rains we’re having, it did not take long for the water level in the sump to start rising and backing up into the French drain, threatening to breach the drain and start seeping into my house. I called Dampcon at 08:15 and asked for someone to come out urgently to solve the problem. Despite the short notice, and their busy schedule, Dampcon got a technical team to my house by 13:45 and the pump problem was diagnosed and repaired in a couple hours. Dampcon understood the urgency and once again provided the excellent service I have come to expect from them. Their technical expertise and knowledge on all waterproofing-related matters is exceptional. Thank you Dampcon for protecting my house from a water disaster!
