Ridiculousness
So this is not the first time that I have a issue with Erica ***ner) of dance factor. I have had several issues regarding the wellbeing of my daughter's, unfortunately when my daughter's have any medical issue the owner (Erica) doesn't believe me as the parent that my sibling is not feeling well or is not in the state to participate in dance practice & can't participate in the dance class. The morning of 16/09/23 I dropped off my oldest daughter for a practice class, a few minutes later I received a call from the owner of dance factor asking me where my other daughter is? I told her that unfortunately she can't participate in the dance class today because of her not feeling well. The owner told me directly I'm a difficult Father and that I need to present to her a doctor's prescription that my daughter is I'll as she doesn't believe me. I'm astound by this behaviour as I need to "explain" my daughter is not feeling well. After i have dropped off my oldest daughter for practice. Where in your world do i as a parent need to explain to you that my daughter is not feeling well😧 To top it all off..... I was told I'm not a good Dad. I was under the impression that my kids were supposed have fun I'm absolutely astound.

Goods never received
Warning do not order online from dance and leisure wear U.K. I ordered dancing boots in February 2017 to date nothing received No response to emails Phone messages Shipping no proves in useful as goods never arrived in this country
