Extremely disappointed with service!
Extremely disappointed with service. We have spent over R3,000 with Danfix Appliances since last year trying to fix our washing machine. Despite multiple visits and payments, the machine is STILL not fixed, and the issues were only discovered after the technician left each time. This is unacceptable service and not what any paying customer should expect. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), services should be performed with reasonable care and skill — and that simply hasn’t happened here. Not recommended unless real, lasting service is provided.

Extremely disappointed with service. We have spent over R3,000 with Danfix Appliances since last year trying to fix our washing machine. Despite multiple visits and payments, the machine is STILL not fixed, and the issues were only discovered after the technician left each time. Terrible person, rude and no respect for clients
Terrible person, rude and no respect for clients. Hardly ever answers the phone and threatens clients. He doesn't know what he is doing when it comes to fixing fridges. Avoid him at all costs.

Terrible Customer Experience
Had the worst experience dealing with Dan and his team. He advised that I could purchase a part for my microwave from him and then he did not take my calls or reply to messages after numerous follow-ups. I was contacted almost 2 weeks later after I complained about the poor service and now the price of the part had gone up. After advising him that I no longer wish to deal with him due to the poor service he got nasty and accused me of not wanting to pay, when I had decided to rather purchase a new microwave. I was shocked and appalled by his conduct and will not recommend him.

Not to be trusted. A ******. Claimed he ordered a new hinge for my Samsung oven, charged R1200 and did not replace the hinge only bent the old one (subsequent technician confirmed this), then aggressively harassed me for payment on the day of service. Then said the oven needed a sensor for which i paid R350 upfront, never got the sensor and now he's ghosting me.

Caution: Consider avoiding this company due to unprofessional conduct. We referred an appliance repair job to them, but despite receiving payment, they failed to honour our involvement or respond to subsequent inquiries. They are bunch of ******.

Do not deal with this guy
Please be careful when dealing with this guy. Please a cold room with a small compressor. We incurred losses and asked him to change it. His response was I will have a look at it. We paid him and he then was told by my husband to come and take this out and replace it with a proper one. He came toon out the compressor even though he was told to wait for us and he left. He has promised to pay us for over a week and a half but now he does not answer calls on all of his numbers.

Stay away from Danfix Appliances
A *****! Don’t let him near your appliances. Came to fix a blocked Samsung washing machine- the machine was brand new. Told my husband it needed a new motor, paid him R3000 and the machine never worked again. When we asked him to refund us after the third time he came to fix his mess, he said to report him to the police and get a court date.
