Very friendly staff, exceptional customer service, unique designs, and high-quality products. They also assisted me when I needed a special gift for my mother and daughter. Will go back every year.

Scammer prying on emigrating people
There's a guy named Daniel trying to buy all our for sale furniture, but he is now prolonging the process. It's a con trick to frustrate us and work on the fact that we're emigrating. Don't indulge. He's a faker. His number is 0763433536

Store owner refuses to give refund and becomes verbally aggressive and verbally abusive
I purchased a pair of ear rings from them on Sat 8th Dec. I was not too sure about the size so I enquired about the returns policy and asked if I can bring them back if it's wrong. They told me I can bring them back for a refund if it's wrong. Then 2 days later I went to ask for a refund. They refused to refund and only exchange. I replied to say that 2 days ago, they said I could refund it. The owner said "It's your word against mine", he started raising his voice and throwing his arms around, and getting aggressive. He came around from the counter to my side and told me to get out of his shop. When I threatened to go to social media he told me "you can do what you want, I don't care" . There are many other reviews on Hello Peter re this jewellery store, STAY AWAY!!!!

Daniella's jewelry dishonest
Bought a ring(tungstan) from them in March 2018 in Jul 2018 the ring had a chip took it back to them on 06 July ,enquire about it on the 18 th they phoned me back and I was told they will replace the ring as it was not supposed to do this. I was then informed that I have to pay for postage I refused and told them I bought it from them and returned it to them I have nothing to do with the supplier he then told me that he will give me the supliers details to claim from them . My wife collected my ring 24 Jul and they refused to give her the information about the supplier and we can do what we want and he told her that I am childish not for paying this We bought the ring from Daniella's and paid them for the ring not from supliers. Please do not support this shop as they are not honest. They are situated in Benoni shop 22 the Square By the way this is my wedding ring very disappointed.
