My Experience with Dapper Cape Town which looks like ***** to me!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Dapper Cape Town, hoping it helps others make informed decisions. I placed an order on 03 October 2024 and was initially hopeful, given the brand’s appealing presentation. Unfortunately, what followed was months of delays, unfulfilled promises, and a deeply frustrating lack of follow-through. Despite multiple assurances from the support team, including direct correspondence with a representative named Jim, my order never arrived. I was repeatedly told that the shipment was “almost ready” and that my case was being prioritized, but no meaningful action followed. I eventually requested a full refund in January 2025, and followed up again in May 2025—still with no resolution or refund. Adding to the disappointment, their website has since gone offline and all email correspondence has stopped working. This has made it impossible to follow up further, and it raises serious concerns about the legitimacy or sustainability of the business. While their customer service tone was friendly, the actual service delivery was poor. A simple transaction turned into a prolonged and unresolved issue that wasted my time and trust. I would not recommend Dapper Cape Town based on this experience. Until there is a serious improvement in transparency, delivery, and customer support, I advise others to proceed with caution or avoid entirely. — Gift Mlotshwa

Dappers *******
This is my second time complaining on hello peter.These people are a bunch of *******, ordered shoes in October 2024, to date not received nor a refund given. They full of empty promises, something needs to be done with them so much of people having issues with them. They take people's monies ,its like nothing for them.Extremely unhappy customer.

If I could give a minus I would. They are not a business and only ****s people. i was contacted almost 5 months after ordering and not receiving my items, and they offered me a refund. This was after being ignored and being told lies over and over. I still do not have my money back or the shoes I ordered in September. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY **** YOU

This organization is a **** - Items were bought on the 13th January 2025 Order #DCT3563 - They said it takes 20 - 22 days for delivery till to date nothing has been delivery - no contact number and the origination is not even in cape town - I want my refund . Now the website is no longer working
