Dry Burger for R95

On Saturday 3th November 2023. I went to Darling Brew for a private function. I order a Just Burger which is R95 just to get a beef burger on a dry roll. I ask the waiter to returned it because I only asked that the pickled cucumbers should be removed. She took it back and returned with the very much but this time just onions was added. Since I didn't wanted to spoil someone elses special moment I told her its okay after she said with an attitude but that want you wanted. Anyway, I cut the burger in half and just to realize that flies were sitting on the other half of my burger. I sent Darling Brew an email but still no response from them. I always recommend Darling Brew but after this I won't. I'm very disappointed in their service
