Darlington Yorkies's replyOfficial
13 Dec 2024, 11:22We are deeply saddened by the p@ssing of your puppy, but it is important to address the details of your review. This is the same case as the one already addressed earlier.
When you first took the puppy home, you sent me videos of her running around, playing, and appearing healthy and happy. These updates reassured me that she was adjusting well. However, hypoglycemia—a common risk for teacup breeds—can occur rapidly if proper feeding and care are not maintained.
When your puppy had a hypoglycemic attack, I repeatedly advised you to take her to a veterinarian immediately. I even sent you contact details for emergency vets who were open and available to assist. Sadly, veterinary care was not provided, and the puppy’s condition worsened.
We did also give you Thirty days free pet health insurance so this would've been covered under that.
After the puppy’s passing, you reached out and asked if I could meet you halfway regarding another puppy. As a measure of goodwill, I offered to assist with this arrangement. However, when you later mentioned wanting to purchase two puppies, I declined as I felt it would not be appropriate under the circumstances.
This review appears to be an attempt to pressure me into giving you a free puppy, which I find disappointing. At Darlington Yorkies, we provide clear care instructions and ongoing support to help ensure the well-being of our puppies, and we encourage all customers to seek immediate veterinary care if any issues arise.
If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me directly.
Best regards,
