Worst worst worst!!!
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. Took my BMW for an oil service only to find out that the oil was not changed nor was the oil filter. Literary, these guys are scammers and should not be operating. Also, do not allow them to work on your car where you cannot see it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REAPING OFF CUSTOMERS
SHOCKING SERVICE. I TOOK MY CAR IN AT DARREN AND SONS AND THEY GAVE A QUOTE OF R71000 WHICH IS THE SAME VALUE AS THE CAR I HAVE A 2009 BMX3 WICH HAS A RETAIL VALUE OF R80K. WHEN I DECLINE THE QUOTE I AM TOLD THAT I WILL BE CHARGED FOR STRIPPING THE CAR WHILE MY CAR WENT THERE ALREADY STRIPPED. I ASK HOW MUCH IS IT FOR THEIR SERVICES I AM TOLD THAT DARREN IS NOT AVAILABLE SO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL HE GETS BACK. I AM DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES. EVER AGAIN. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE .

Guys ⚠️ PLEASE BE ALERT TO THE FOLLOWING , be very careful of Darren & Son or D&S Auto , this company had literally scammed dozens of people through various means involving his wife and wife's brother who pretend to be trained professional BMW technicians , however due to some form of protection that this workshop enjoys , they have managed to evade law enforcement after stealing , damaging, plundering and in some cases assuming ownership of clients vehicles if and when they are unable to afford any of the fictitious repairs or parts quoted for , once the vehicle reaches their workshop. Best BMW Workshop
Hands down the best BMW Workshop I have been to and, and repaired my vehicle from. Even dropping off your vehicle for a service is an experience. Staff are friendly and helpful and customer service is on another level of excellency. The workshop manager is available always, even when he is on the road and having contacted him not knowing he was, he makes attempt to respond to my queries. Keep up the good work.

Best BMW Workshop
