Deprive of my own money
To the colored aunty working at Dart Motors in Woodstock i pray that you dont have any daughters and what you did to me doesn't happen to them you deprive me of my own money and defended a ****mer and ***** you made me feel like the ******** without knowing the truth but I pray that God bless you abundantly. I've trust the gentleman Dean by taking his word but ended up being the fool in this whole situation. But may God bless all of you if it is for me it will be faith over fear my god is greater than what you guys made me out to be Have a fabulous year further what goes around comes around

Top Marks for Dart Motors
There are not many used car dealerships that I would type a good word about. I've either been unlucky in my choices or most used car dealerships are a disappointment waiting to happen. Recently however I had to deal with Dart Motors to get a matter rectified and I can honestly say they were responsive, truthful and stuck to their word. These would seem to be very rare traits in the used car trade. Thank you Dart Motors - I would not hesitate to recommend you.

There are not many used car dealerships that I would type a good word about. I've either been unlucky in my choices or most used car dealerships are a disappointment waiting to happen. Recently however I had to deal with Dart Motors to get a matter rectified and I can honestly say they were responsive, truthful and stuck to their word. Very disappointed
Will not recommend this dealership, the car that we bought cost us over R3500 today we hear that we need to pay another R80 000 for repairs on this car. Cording to them the sales rep does not work there anymore. They sold us a broken car and they knew about that. We were sceptic about buying a car there because of the reviews but the sales rep assured us that the business are under new management and selling broken cars were in the past. If buying a car there think twice

Very disappointed
Will not recommend this dealership, the car that we bought cost us over R3500 today we hear that we need to pay another R80 000 for repairs on this car. Cording to them the sales rep does not work there anymore. They sold us a broken car and they knew about that. I can highly recommend this dealership!
I few months ago I bought a pre-owned car from Dart Motors. After driving the vehicle for a while I started noticing that the engine uses excessive water and occasionally emits a with a white smoke coming out the exhaust pipe on warm starts. This problem became increasingly serious and I had the car thoroughly inspected by a qualified mechanic. The final verdict was 1- Best scenario: The head gasket probably needs replacing. 2- Worst case scenario: Cylinder head was cracked. These are not necessary engine defaults that can be easily noticed with standard tests and inspections. Very worried I contacted Dart Motors with this news. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very friendly, committed and helpful team on my side. They agreed to cover the cost of the repairs. After pressure testing the cylinder head it transpired that it indeed was cracked. The original quote skyrocketed to a what became a very expensive repair job but Dart Motors stayed committed and kept to their word. The car in now fully repaired and drives like a dream. Dart Motors went above and beyond their legal obligation towards me and I have nothing but praise for their excellent customer service and integrity. Thank you Geoff, Justin and Cecilia.

Bought a Toyota verso 3 months back within a day the car was smoking took it back they fixed it quick fix. Then 3 weeks after the gearbox gave in then they told me they don't cover that. What a bunch of thieves stay away

Zero customer car and lies
Had a lengthy, overall miserable experience with them. Bought a car - every problem I had they tried to pass off as 'you bought a 2nd hand car'. No accountability or responsibility. They said one thing on the phone to me, and communicate something else to the boss or HR. Eventually had to cancel the deal, and they dragged it out for as long as possible, always claiming the person who is dealing with it is not available. Staff have zero customer care skills yet they are in the customer sales industry. Rude and aggressive over the phone, bullies when they don't get their way. Tries to intimidate the client into submission and silence. No information or communication from them, getting feedback is always a drawn-out process, and then you are lied to. A trip to hell would be more pleasant. Stay away.
