False advertising
Absolutely disgusted by the service and which manner my order was handled. The dress brown maroon dress I ordered ended up being a shocking red dress. The material is paper thin literally a piece of material it’s so thin you can see everything. Drove 35 min to return the dress as per the message I received from the Manager as I complained about the dress. I was advised that I can bring it back just to be told by the sales lady I can’t they will have to give me a credit to use on any of their clothing. I’ve explained to her that nothing fits and it’s all too big and as per the Manager I was told I can return the dress. I’ve called the Manager 5 times and refuses to take my call. I have a wedding in 2 days which the dress was ordered for and now I’m left with nothing to wear.

Great experience! Received my clothes the day after ordering and the clothes I ordered look exactly as pictured😁

The fabrics are really quality and true to size.
My items arrived really quickly and customer support kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend this store for trendy items to keep up with the trends of the season as well as get items that you can wear for a long time because of the good quality.

The fabrics are really quality and true to size.
My items arrived really quickly and customer support kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend this store for trendy items to keep up with the trends of the season as well as get items that you can wear for a long time because of the good quality.

Don’t waste your time or money
Stay away from this company at all cost!!! This is an online store based in Benoni. The clothing is sub standard Chinese knock offs. The Instagram page is amazing showcasing really beautiful items of clothing when in reality, sizing is bad, fabric is really bad AND she is charging exorbitant amounts of money for such ****. I did return the items myself and I’m now on my 4th week of not hearing back from Charlene. Email after email and I’ve even tried posting on her Instagram but she just deletes it and moves on with her life and sends me a message telling me not to be nasty. Complete joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DASHING FASHION !!! Based in Benoni. Online Store. Total rip-off. Cheap knock offs. They lure people in with Photographs from overseas retailers and then send you something which doesn't even resemble the item at all. Such a disgrace. We tried to contact the owner who refused to respond. BEWARE !! Stay away from this store you will only regret it if you don't.

We so quick to get bad mouth by clients.. we run a successful company We have 3 stores Open You can walk in and we there with open arms to help We do not take people money Our online store is really busy we deliver 15 to 40 items a day We send tracking numbers there 2 numbers online where you can get hold of us.. We actually really loving and truly love what we do.. people don’t write nice reviews only have time for bad reviews when they frustrated and annoyed.. we are so sorry about them we please 99% of our clients

WARNING - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
I know everyone's experience is diff. but i want to WARN EVERYONE againt this Benoni Dashing Fashion shop!! Charlene is in my personal experience rude, arrogant and has NO concept of maintaining a healthy customer relationsip!!!!!!! Tomorrow will be a MONTH after ordering and paying R800 for my dress. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET!!!! After numerous whatsapps and phone calls - that she doesnt even have the decency to reply 2, or answer the phone (after throughing the phone down in my husbands ear) I have send so many emails trying to figure out WHERE my dress is AND ALL she can say is i need 2 sort it out with the courier company and they need to refund me .. I DID NOT PAY MY MONEY TO THE COURIER COMANY I PAID DASHING FASHION!!! D.F must refund me!!! D.F also gave the courier company a tracking number that does not even exist .. I DONT CARE whos at fault - bottom line.. I want my refund from D.F and you can sort it out with the courier company on your own time.. im done waisting mine!!! Hallo Peter is also full of complaints against Charlene's attitude and business sence and deals!!! That says ALOT!!!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING! FRAUD!! ARROGANT!!! REPORT THEM
I have bought stuff online from Dashing Fashion. When I received it I didn’t like 2 of the items I bought because of the poor quality. I have send them an email requesting a return within a 7 days after receiving the parcel, and they did not get back to me. After an whats App they responded “ Hi u can send it back with ur own courier or bring it back in store on ur cost thanks” I did just that. I took photos of the box and return and send it with the tracking number via WhatsApp. After a day or two I asked them if they receive my parcel and I got no response. After 5 days that I had confirmation that they have received the parcel they still did not get back to me after another WhatsApp. I then went on social media and asked on all their posts that they have time for about my refund. I only then got a response from them after one of the other branches tagged them in my comment on their page. They then send me a coupon because they don’t do refunds. As my customer rights, I requested a full refund in cash and that one of my relatives will pick it up. The responded and said they don’t keep cash at the shop and I can exchange it for something else. I told them I don’t want anything else. And they’re response was “OK WAIT TILL YOU WANT SOMETHING “ They are going agains the consumer rights for online shopping. It is your right to request a full refund! If they don’t want to you can report them at the NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION. https://www.thencc.gov.za/sites/default/files/u2/Complaint%20Form%20%202018.docx Don’t let them get away with this! They just want your money! They don’t care about the customer or if they are happy!!!
