Warning.. Don't deal with Datalinksa

Warning, do not deal with this company. They came to upgrade our switchboard and internet services, but failed to settle the balance owing on my existing switchboard. They also altered my contract from 5% annual escalation to 15% per annum. I now find myself paying for 2 switchboards, both supp**** by Datalinksa. I have been in consistant contact with the MD and their accounts department, but to no avail. They come back promising to get it sorted out, but it's about 8 months of waiting on empty promises. Be warned, this is not the company you want to find yourself stuck with!!
