Daveyton main clinic is highly dissapointing us😒😡

I'm at Daveyton main clinic now,came in at 07:45 this morning..I'm still sitting in a que for blood test,people have been queuing for over hours and worse it's the elders...nurses are going up and down..in and out,,in the question I'm currently sitting the nurses have been on tea time since 10:30,its now 11:22 and they still on tea time eating full meals in a group and chitt chatting with laughs while we wait for them to finish so we can be attended to.This is a norm here at Daveyton main clinic or they would talk rudely with attitude to people even the old and frail....I call upon the health department to please assist us in this matter as for this is really getting out of hand..wheres the respect..wheres ubuntu in this???
