Terribel service from David Appliances

Absolutely horrible service. Took them 10 days to install a 12000BTU aircon.They were clearly ***********. Within three days the aircon became very noisy. They kept on promising that they would come back but never did. Eventually David said I must get someone else. I giot a reputable company to come and service the unit. They found that condenser was filty, some of the copper tubing was kinked, the electrical cable used was to thin for the laod and finally when they switched unit over to heating the PC board blew due to incorrect wiring!
