Bad workmanship

About two years ago this time we got David Matthews in to paint our complex's walls. The colour selected was a dark grey and a wild mushroom. Within 2 years the grey paint has faded badly, with paint flaking revealing the existing paint underneath and no sign of a primer/base paint used prior to the application of the paint.<br> <br> Also in the original quote it was specified that all cracks and walls would be waterproofed and sealed. 2 years later we had to get another contractor in to seal all the cracks which was merely painted over.<br> <br> We had a paint specialist come to inspect the fading paint and the report stated that no proper sealant was used on the walls prior to painting, even though the quote specified this specifically.<br> <br> If you want to save yourself hassles and drama and money, DO NOT use David Matthews.
