I was told that if I paid, the SIM card would be delivered in 5 working days. I made the payment, sent proof, and even set up the debit order. I have yet to receive even a tracking number. The SIM card is still being 'prepared.' Worse, I'm spending money on data to stay connected in the meantime, which defeats the purpose of switching from my old data provider.

I have an unlimited unshaped internet package with the company. The package uses an mtn sim card and it uses dimension data access point. This is my forth month using the service. During the first 2 months the internet was fines but last month on the 25 my internet stopped working , i logged a call and they told me to reset my settings, i did so but that did not resolve the issue. I then had to privately buy data in order to continue working. on the 1st of February the internet started working again. On the 25 February the internet stopped working again and i am now using data that i again bought privately. Can Day.co.za please sort out my internet

This is the worst internet provider ever, every few months I am told that I did not submit proof of payment while they admit that the payment was received on the 24th as scheduled with my banking app. How stupid is this? They see the payment came through but because they fail to check on their system if payment was received, they rely on the proof of payments from customers. Then they say I need to pay R200 for the SIM card replacement fee, and that has happened 4 times already. For those who are happy, good for you. I cannot deal with them ever!!!

since i got this SIM every single month we go days without internet connection there is no way to contact this company , whatsapp messages and emails sent and still we do not receive any responses , i rely on this data for work purposes i am now buying prepaid airtime and converting into data , this is ridiculous when i contacted Telkom who advised the SIM was reported for ***** and is not RICA'd on my name , there is no direct form of communication with this company, monthly debit orders go off yet we cannot access a full month of internet .

Hi your Sim Card has been working thus far but today it completely went off and says data depleted hence i signed up for 10mbps uncapped data now these actually no connection whatsoever tried emailing you guys in the morning no response till now even went to your whatsApp line still no one there to help please fix the issue

It was weird getting it installed, but that was because of my phone, not the card. The card is actually good if you're wanting a 4g or 5g sim card. Just make sure your phone takes at least 4g, and you can just look up your phone model on a web browser and you'll get your answer. Make sure that there's nothing wrong with the sim cartridge on your phone. The card itself comes in a card mount that can be used in 3 different sim sizes, you just punch it out to the size you want. It punched right out of the perforated card with my finger tips easily and worked easily and seamlessly. Pkg came on 1st day it was estimated to arrive. Day had enclosed a guide to set it up that I got right after a try 🤗

I’ve had a Day SIM for a couple of years now I think. I pay about R600 a month for Uncapped data (my MAX is bundled in). I’ve never had any issues, and the customer service has so far been really good. I needed a replacement card once because my phone was ****** on a cross country road trip. They got me a knew one relatively quickly and worked with me well to find a place to deliver the sim card to as I was on the move at the time. After an abusive 4 year relationship with MTN and supersonic on contracts, it’s a nice change of pace. Can leave or downgrade my plan any time.

Yes, easy to schedule online for a delivery, arrived on time and finished installation early setting up my apn. Friendly and knowledgeable interactions in person with Jordan who helped with everything I needed to know. The overall process is simple and the price is great! I've been using the service for 1 week and its been flawless. Honest have their ducks in a row and it shows. Glad I signed up for the 30 day trial, I will be staying :)
