These people are con artists !! Beware of these ****** !! Max Hurwitz is not to be trusted ! He came to my property and misrepresented that there was a problem with my DB board - he then proceeded to rip out all the wiring and replace circuit breakers and then advise that he had to rewire the entire DB board . He charged an amount of R 22 k and assured me I would get a Certificate of compliance !! He had failed to deliver the certificate and has in fact blocked my number !!! I will be reporting him to the nearest police station !!
