Daylight Energymore like PIT OF HELL
This company supplies products that do not supply the setvice as what was promised. As soon as the system is in they want their money with promisses that they will supply custmer service. ALL LIES. BAD!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY.

Another well done Job
I had an 18kW solar kit installed by Daylight Energy and honestly, I’m really happy with the whole experience. The system is running smoothly and already helping cut down my electricity bill. There were a few small misunderstandings during the process, but the team handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of. They kept in touch, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done properly. Overall, solid service, great team, and a powerful system that’s working perfectly. Would definitely recommend Daylight Energy if you're looking to go solar.

Another well done Job

Poor performance and quality of work done by Daylight Energy pty ltd
The system installed by Daylight Energy at my home is non compliant and unsafe. I have had multiple promises by their agent, Axel, that they would make my system compliant but none of these promises have been met. I had my system installed on 1 Feb 2025 and to date 15 March I am sitting with an unsafe and non compliant system that is not functioning correctly. The system is also incomplete, not registered and no CoC issued. I have asked multiple times on the official Daylight Energy WA group as well as the WA of the agent Mr Axel. I have no option but to do the repairs and to make the system compliant and get a CoC. Once this is done I will register my system for warrenty purposes and insurance. Daylight Energy is quick to promise you the world to get their full payment and then your trouble starts. The fact that Daylight Energy has not issued the CoC for the system in 6 weeks speaks volumes. If you are going to use them fot whatever reason then I strongly suggest you hold back 20% of the payment until they have issued the CoC and that the system is working properly. Do not hesitate to contact me if more details are required regarding the poor performance of Daylight. My contact number is 0828030556.

The system installed by Daylight Energy at my home is non compliant and unsafe. Daylight Energy PTY Ltd - Not the company to go to for solar installations
An adverti*****t for solar was advertised by this group and so I called and spoke to Justin. The advert was a 12kw Sunsynk inverter with 3 5kw sun batteries and 16 550W solar panels for R133 995.00 I agreed and was waiting for them to come and install. A team from PIS energy(subcontractors) came very late the day of installation due to a flat tyre which I can understand. When unloading i noticed that it is a deye inverter and not the sunsynk that was advertised. I immediately phoned Justin and he told me that the PIS teaam loaded the wrong stuff. He said that he will rectifies it but I told him thet I cannot wait any longer as I have to go the farm for work. They installed it using some of my tools, slept in my garage and me and my wife provided them with food because they didn't have ane money with them. Late the following afternoon they finished the installation and was in a hurry because they were tired and had to rush back for their next job. Justinntold me to do the payment before they leave and I paid the amount in full. They really didn,t explain the working of the system very well to us, because their was actually no sunlight left and they were in quite a hurry. That night the alarms of the batteries went off and we had to switch back to the grid. I was calling Justin everyday thereafter and he was full of excuses and "promises" that he will talk to his supervisors and get back to me. This didn't happened once and I phoned him on a daily basis to help. A friend of mine came along and saw that they have installed a deye 12kw 3 phase inverter in my house that is only single phase. From there on I tried to explain to Justin what the situation is and he didn't believe me at all and said he was to found out from PIS energy and then will come back to me on it. They eventually agreed that a 3 phase inverter was wrongfully installed. All I wanted from them is to come and install a 12kw single phase inverter so that we can use it to its full potential. We can use the system during daytime but as soon as it gets dark we cannot rely on the batteries because it could not revert back to the grid. We don't want any trouble or our money back, we just want the system to operate at its full capacity. If this does'nt work then unfortunately I'll have to take it up with my lawyers. I've got all the evidence and correspondence on my Whatsapp Thank you very much Jaco van der Merwe

Great after sale service
Thank you Drelynn for a quick response and Justin for helping me decide on a system. Their after sale service is quite nice and surprised me as there are so many solar companies on Facebook now but I’m glad I chose daylight energy.

Great after sale service
Thank you Drelynn for a quick response and Justin for helping me decide on a system. Their after sale service is quite nice and surprised me as there are so many solar companies on Facebook now but I’m glad I chose daylight energy.

Highly recommended
I like the service that was given by Justin at Daylight Energy with the offgrid system that I ordered which was paymnet on delivery and I fdind that to be very convenient, The guys came over did the installation without requesting for a dime, once they were done they shwoed me around the syetm then payemnt was made. I would highly recooment them and told them they could use me as a refferal.
