Do not pay deposit He came out quoted n a job said it will take max 2 days and he has everything sorted and ready to start

I paid him the deposit he came with 100 stories of why he can't work ,his dad was in accidents his kids are sick ,his car is being sold ,started new jobs ,can't leave his team ect

He didn't do anything on my site and stole my money with promises of giving my money back but after 1 month still no refund and no answers on his side
