I was *****ed by DC Payment Solutions
On the 12th April 2022 I made an agreement with DC Payment Solutions (Debt Company) to pay debts with African Bank and Capfin, the payment arranged was R1750 per month for 6 months. They deducted money from my account for 7 months but they only paid African Bank once and Capfin was never paid by DC Payment Solutions , that made me upset because arrangement was for 6 months. I then decided to cancel that debit order and started paying African Bank myself, I called DC Payment Solutions to find out about their offices in Cape Town and the person who answered the call said yes but when I asked about the location and telephone number he dropped my call. When I contact them on WhatsApp I was repaid with lies and am stuck and not able to make any accounts due to DC Payment Solutions actions. Therefore I believe and experienced unprofessionalism and won't recommend DC Payment Solutions to anyone. Anyone with help can tell me how to remove my name from DC Payment Solutions, please help I can't even make clothing account for my kids.

I started the Process of Debt review in 2017.I was struggling too much but still working, I remember one the Dc agent by the name of Teboho called me and said in a proffesional manner that do i believe that today its the last day that i will be struggling. He explained to me everything about the Process from the disadvantages to the advantages of the Process. I then asked him to give me a few days to decide. After 2 days i called him and i told him that i have decided to go on with the Process. I rememeber he called me on the 15th and mind due that its my pay day because i work for Health department and i was miserable and could only here the debit order messages from my Phone. There was this important message that came from Dc payment solution whereby it was saying Do you struggle with your debts and cant be able to comeout of Debts, Reply with Yes and our Agent will give you a call, Thats when i rep**** then Teboho Called me. He said to me words that made me feel that God have answered my Prayers. The following Month i received my Salary and all the Debit orders that was killing me were closed only the agreed amount of money was deducted that was going to be shared amongs my Credit Providers. One thing that i like about the Process is that its a legal process whereby the legal department of Dc payment solution acts on your behalf and they even Provide you with the Affidavit. Today i am smilling and Proud to say that i have made it in life through Dc payment. Teboho said to me after the Specified term i will receive the Clearance Certificate and my Credit Score will be High. After i have received the clearance certificate i went to apply for a loan because i wanted to buy a car.3 banks that i cant mention approved my loans and i managed to buy myself a car. I thank you Teboho and the Dc payment solution team because what you did for me was something that i never thought it will happen in my life. Today i reffer people to Dc payment solution. thank you and may the Great God of Mount Zion Bless you Teboho and Dc payment Solution.

This is the best Dc company ever, I have been struggling for about two years trying to buy a car to no avail. Then called a lady from dc Seipati, she was warm, kind and very professional. She helped me with the process and kept me updated throughout. I’m now done with my payments and I got my clearance certificate along with my new beautiful A200 Mercedes Benz 🥰. Thank you so much Seipati
