I contacted Mr Steven Du Preez for quotation of servicing Airconditioner of Hyndai i20. We make arrangement and he came to see what is the problem of the Aircon after he will send me quotation. He give me an invoce where the insurance make a payment to him. When I call him to his two cell numbers they are on voice mail and land line no answer, I try to send many e-mails to make follow-up but there is no respond or feedback.I don't know where can I find this man to refund me I will source another service provider.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY
This guy is a con artist and fraudster. DO NOT USE HIM. Check out all the other complaints against him. We have all suffered the same loss and been ripped off by him. There is a telephone number on one of the other complaints - to contact if you want further advise. Also check under DCJ Auto Aircon.

DONT PAY DEPOSIT
After paying my deposit of R12 180 in December, it is impossible to get Stephen du Preez on the phone and he never pitched to install the aircons.<br> <br> Laid a charge of theft against him, fortunately I KNOW people who will find him....<br> <br> STAY AWAY!

DCJ Aircon bad workmanship caused damage
Stephen du Preez replaced my vehicle's aircon compressor on 7 December 2015.<br> <br> Bad workmanship caused the new compressor along with other parts of the aircon system to break shortly after.<br> <br> I have been trying to contact him by email and phone. He does not respond to the emails. He also adds customer's numbers to a block list on his phone. From other complaints I have read about the supplier it seems to be normal practice for him.

Never pay Deposit DCJ Air Conditioners
I ordered 3, 12000 BTU Air Conditioners from DCJ and had to pay a 60% deposit, R12 180 for DCJ to install the units.<br> After paying the deposit, Stephen emailed me informing me that the suppliers had no stock (after confirming an installation date with me).<br> I kindly requested that he refund my deposit as I had another company that could assit me before going on holliday.<br> <br> Subesquent to to this, Mr STEVEN du Preez vanished..... 10's of eimals and phone calls goes unanswered!<br> <br> NEVER EVER DO USE DCJ AIR CONDITIONERS!!!<br> SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Not commiting on appoinment
I made an appointment with Stephen du Preez for Monday 2015/12/14. I actually took a day of work for the installation. I gave him a call and his cellphone the morning but it just went to voicemail were I left him a voicemail. I then try calling again and it went to voicemail straight away. I know he then blocked my number because he was reading my whatsapp messages. It is sad to think that someone would just trow away business like this. Also If he just would just tell me that he is not interested. I would have been able to get someone else and not stay at home for nothing.

Bad service
Installed new split type aircon at our home in PTA, 3 days later aircon blows warm air , no response to SMS or phone calls , had to get another company to fix the gas leak on the pipes
