Poor experience at De Hoek Country Hotel

I was looking for an establishment to treat my wife on her birthday. I booked at De Hoek Country Hotel. It is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. I booked a massage for myself and my wife at R900 per person. Also booked lunch for 2. When we arrived at the hotel we noticed that we were the only guests for the day. We had the massage. There is a shower in the room. I asked whether we can use it. The lady said that we had to go to another room as this shower's drain was blocked. I took a shower in the other room, just to find that its drain was also blocked. I was standing with the water up to my ankles. Fast forward to the lunch. We ordered kabeljou from the menu. We were the only guests in the dining room. I noticed that the "waiter" that was serving us, was not the dedicated waiter, but the porter. we asked him for ice. The ice never came and I had to get up and ask somebody on the outside of the dining room to get us ice. I did not want to go into the kitchen... The kabeljou came.......we had a few bites and realised that it was raw. we sent it back. Another meal was prepared which was edible but definitely not 5-star quality.
