Very unprofessional dealership of all times, paid R205 000 for a bakkie which was not disclosed as a code 2 and I have had several complaints sent to them and they won't revert back I must always nag them as if I am not a client. This is a delearship I won't recommend a person to buy from as they are totally disrespectful, unreliable and *************.

Saw a “2019” Ford Ranger with 17K on the odometer, as the ad on autotrader, paid them a visit as the car was listed for R200K only to find a service history book (lucky me due to their negligence) in the car with the same reg number as the last service in Jan of 2024 with the odometer reading at 160K. By the way, I visited the dealership on 04/01/2025, with the odometer now reading 17K. Clearly, they tamper with the odometer/mileage readings, *****sters of note🤞🏽Steer clear of this dealership, I probably would’ve bought this car had I not picked up the tampering of the odometer. To avoid frustration and financial loss, don’t do “business” with these *****sters, what else is tampered with in their stock??? This is *******, as per CPA, hopefully one day the wheel of justice will turn towards Wynberg (658 Louis Botha Ave).

I purched a Ford Ranger Wildtrak from them for R275 000. After a day we found out that the bakkie was a write off and it started giving problems. We phoned them and they agreed to take the bakkie back and give us the full refund. A month ago they paid R100 000 and said they will pay the outstanding R175 000 the next week. It is three weeks later and now money has been refunded further. After numerous calls back and forth, they made a promise to pay the money back on the 19th of April 2024. Now no one answers their phone and I want my money back.

I was interested in a Toyota Hilux 2.5D-4D 4x4 they listed. I obtained the VIN number from them and did a background check. The Natis status of the vehicle shows it is a code 3 vehicle. Obviously they wouldn't list it in their listing. I did a service history check at a Toyota dealership and found that the last service was done at 210 000 km. The listing shows the vehicle has 129 000 km. Clearly there has been tampered with the odometer. Furthermore the dealer pointed out that it isn't a 2015 model, but a 2014 model. Again another incorrect listing. My advice, always request a VIN number and do your homework before making a decision before purchasing. Luckily I did my homework thoroughly.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with DE REV AUTOS dealership in Johannesburg, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about their ********* practices. I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from them, only to later discover that the vehicle had a code 3 status, which indicates that it had been written off due to severe damage. What is even more troubling is the fact that the dealership blatantly attempted to hide this crucial information from me during the purchase process. When I specifically asked if the car had been in an accident, they outright **** and assured me that it hadn't. This ********* behavior is utterly unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of integrity on their part. When I discovered the truth about the car's history and confronted DE REV AUTOS about the code 3 status, their response was equally disappointing. Rather than owning up to their deception and taking responsibility for their actions, they chose to deny any wrongdoing and refused to even consider buying the car back from me. This experience has left me feeling deeply frustrated and betrayed. DE REV AUTOS' willingness to deceive customers and sell code 3 vehicles is not only *********, but it also raises serious concerns about their business practices and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to steer clear and avoid the potential headache and financial loss that can come from dealing with dishonest and ************ individuals. Stay away from DE REV AUTOS – they are clearly more interested in making a quick sale than in providing honest and transparent service to their customers.
