No answers from Modelspace I have two accounts via Jacklin Enterprises to Modelspace UK. I already paid upfront for all outstanding issues, but two issues were not received. Now I cannot finish my two model ships, which are very expensive. Now that Jacklin Enterprises went for a dive during covid, Modelspace cannot track any of my subscriptions. How convenient is that. I sit with two models, half built because of two missing issues. I been sending emails back and forth but nobody seems to care. I would like to demand these outstanding issues to be delivered to my home in South Africa, without me having to pay customs or airport taxes. This is ridiculous. I also paid the Akagi display case. If someone from modelspace UK is reading this, please do some effort in my request by actually doing something. The contact person in South Africa is Reinhild Niebuhr. She was the founder of Jacklin Enterprises in SA. My email address is not allowed in this review How the hell will Modelspace get hold of me 9B000034 PART 24 Is outstanding and display case for AKAGI AIRCRAFT CARRIER 9A000040 is part 13 outstanding for HMS SURPRISE I will NOT pay one single cent further. I wil through away these models and claim all my money back from Modelspace UK if something is not actually done about this

I have been having endless problems with getting my “build your own McLaren” the MP4-23. I have been busy with this project for about 6 years now and the reason it took so long was for the post office strike which took about 2 years to get back on track and also for me having to relocate a few time around the country (job requirements) however the biggest problem is that I can’t get any tangible response from Deagostini in the UK who send the issues to Jacklin enterprises in Pretoria. I am only 2 issues away from completing this mammoth build and only need 2 more issues namely 73 and 76. This is out of 85 issues. I have received issue 73 twice from them as there were mistakes in the parts package, this being one part that is actually from the issue 74. Issue 73 and 74 are mirror opposites and therefor one of the wrong parts in the issue 73 can’t be used, and I cannot finish the build until I get the correct part. A keep getting an automated response from my emails to them saying I can view my account online. I have spent over ZAR 8200 on this build only to be 2 issues short. I don’t know how to make things simpler for them as I have even sent them photos of what they sent and what I needed. But the last mail I got from them was “am I sure I have the correct issue number”

I subcribed to a very expensive project which was to build a McLaren model. The cost was in excess of R8000 and after subscribing for a very long time I am now in a position of having 28 issues outstanding and obviously without these it will never be completed. Their response was initially encouraging, which was dated 21st October, 2016, but after that nothing. If you phone them you are greeted by very arrogant staff and if you send emails you are ignored. I will in future stay well clear of anything to do with Jacklin Enterprises or DeAgostini. A very expensive lesson learnt.
