Deal extreme frauds not reply you pay you struck

you peoples are hopeless i thought dx is good but dx is one of the biggest fraud store.. holding uneducated sellers.. i bought product for 400$ in DX 20days ago not shipped yet also i try to reach in msg,social media everywhere but no reply ..the dont have common sense to reply us.. how uneducated sellers and staffs. really hopeless service still my order struck not shipped ..
