DEALHUB - *****STERS.
This company is a *****. They sent me a faulty drone. It was a gift for a school child that had 100% attendance. The child was left heart broken, we had to purchase another from a local supplier. It has been 1year 3 months now and just false promises. beware they are *****sters.

DealHub is not a valid business
Please do not use DealHub - purchased an item, was delivered broken. Have been trying for more than a year to have it replaced. Their call centre is not effective, you reach the front of the queue, then you will sit there for hours without getting served - I have tried this for close on 9 months. I do not believe that this is a valid business

DealHub is not a valid business
Please do not use DealHub - purchased an item, was delivered broken. Have been trying for more than a year to have it replaced. Their call centre is not effective, you reach the front of the queue, then you will sit there for hours without getting served - I have tried this for close on 9 months. I do not believe that this is a valid business

I ordered two pairs of motorcycle gloves(M red and XL blue) in May 2023. Because I don't ride my bike in Winter, I only checked the sizing of the gloves arrived later after the weather improved. I discovered that they got the sizes I had ordered completely wrong by giving me both sets of gloves in a large size. After numerous calls and emails telling me that the matter will be resolved, they have gone silent on me. My emails to go them go unanswered and I don't bother calling any more because of the ridiculously long waiting time. I would avoid them at all costs!!!

No Delivery or Refunds made
I ordered an item last year August 2023 and made a full payment. No delivery was made and no Refunds since last year. Costumer care also not helpful. Don't not order from Dealhub.

Deal-Hub, Bad Service, Not collecting or refunding on faulty products!
To all consumers out there please avoid purchasing anything from Deal-Hub or Reliable Stores as they do not offer any kind of after sales service. We are still waiting after 5 months for them to collect a faulty item & to to issue us with a refund. We have contacted them a number of times through emails & telephonically but with no success just empty promises. We have also noticed a large number of complaints about them. ****ming is part of their work ethic, so please do not support a company with no moral principles.
