This one (Kobus Smit) is a straight ***** and he makes a good living out of it. He requested a deposit for 2 months in one of the flats I was renting under him. Before vacating the flat, I sent him a notice 3 months prior to me leaving his property. When it was time for him to pay the deposit, He edited a notice email I had sent to him and **** about the notice date based on his edited email. I have taken the matter to the rental tribunal, he just doesn't pitch to those and is feasting on the tribunals inefficiencies. I would advise anyone to runaway from this guy.
