They are frustratingly unprofessional - 2023 REVIEW

They may not be scammers, but they operate as such. They barely answer calls. They list apartments that aren't available and claim that they are. I ended paying for an apartment that was supposedly available, but in reality it wasn't. Have to wait weeks to get a refund and during that time they don't communicate or answer calls. One would reasonably think they are scammers with such dodgy behavior. Turns out they are just unprofessional and incompetent.
