Very Poor Customer service
I have received the worst service ever. I was told that the process would take, at most 6 months but since i finished paying in Dec 2023, up to this day have i been cleared. No communication. The no listed for WhatsApp does not seem to have WhatsApp, the call center no goes unanswered for hours. No response on email. I am almost convinced i was ****med.

I need my money reversed
This company debited money from my account which I did not approve the debicheck and when I try to call the number is never available or I hold the line until my airtime is finished and they still sent me another sms for debit order of a larger amount

Being ****med by Debt clear SA
We are being ****med by Debt clear , they promised to assist and now they keep debiting. They not communicating or calling. They last said nothing more will come out of our bank account, but now non stop debits from them. They keep changing telephone number. We tried all numbers they gave to us and none of them works. Please help 🙏🏽

Hey everyone my mom joined debt clear company so they can consolidate her accounts that she’s paying. Please don’t join them they are ****mers!! They take the money from your account and don’t pay for accounts

No support, no comms, very disappointing.
I joined Debt Clear to help me with loan and visa repayments in Nov 2023. All was going ok, now for the last few months, the bank has been taking automatic repayments straight from my account again, clearing my account at the end of the month and leaving nothing for my few direct debits or for my payment to Debt Clear itself. All emails have been completely ignored. I tried calling Debt Clear, the line was SO noisy, I wasn't sure she could even hear me. Then without another word I was put through to the rating section, which obviously received a 1. I have sent a request to cancel my agreement and any experience with Debt Clear. Very disappointed.

I paid the amount requested from me in order to remove my Debt review but 5 months later I was unable to get any reply from their e-mail address and telephone number. As of now, I have no reason to believe that this company is a real company. Please be careful

Debt review removal by Debt Clear
I have app**** to Debt Clear for a debt counseling removal in October 2023 and I have paid until June 2024 but sad part no one is responding to calls and emails even after all payments have been made, no debt review removal. I had been assigned to a lady called Marcia and she's very useless. I even wrote an email to them requesting that they stop the process and refund my money but until now there hasn't been any response from them. They are just simple ****mers. They ****med me R8550 in total without doing any of what they promised
