Bring my debt in order or my money back

I joined this company by October 2025 for removal under debt review and they asked me once off of su. R7500 and I paid it, they they said I must send documents about the debt am reviewing and I did. They gave me a 21 days waiting period but even now am not cleared and the communication between me and the is not got because they don't reply on WhatsApp while they promised me to. Am so disappointed. I just want my money back and look somewhere for help
