Bad Service

I recently used Debt Grip for debt review services, guided by the positive reviews I read on their site. Initially, they were helpful and kept me informed about everything I needed to know. I even read a report stating that they are ranked 10th among the best debt review companies.

However, my experience took a turn when I settled all my debts that were listed by them. I sent my proof of paid-up letters on 28/10/2023 and 13/11/2023. Despite following up with emails on 27/11/2023, 12/05/2024, and 06/06/2024, requesting to be removed from debt review and asking about the process, I received no response. It seems that once my accounts were paid and they could no longer make money from me, they ignored my requests and left me to handle the rest on my own.

This lack of response and support after settling my debts is disappointing. If I ever need debt review services again, I will not use Debt Grip. Lesson learned.
