Misleading and ********* conduct
Worst company to deal with,debt counsellors are very misleading and *********.Blank document given to sign under false pretences of reviewing debtors and suddenly without proper disclosure or explaining of implications you are on debt review and your signature appears *****ulently on all pages of the debt review document.Even after all accounts are paid up no assistance will be received to obtain a clearance certificate.

<div>I'm registered with debtmate on April 2025 and paid 7000 rands they requested and also submitted the documents. Now they are nowhere to be reached,i have sent them several emails with no response from them pls think otherwise before you fall on this trap.... rather consult with NCR</div>

VERY DISSAPOINTED
I have struggled for 2 years to get answers from this company. I have been placed under debt review for I don't know which reason I have not signed any papers or anything. My ID was ****** at a point I did send the relevant documents as requested as proof and all that was said they will get back to me. This is affecting my credit which is very unfair and causing problems. I want assistance please and this rectified.

Bad service
They have been assisting with removing redflag on my name but after payment no one has ever contacted me on progress and their lines are not going through. No one responding to my emails, i feel ****med and did not live by their promise.

THANKFUL
I would like to take this opportunity to thank debt-mate, Reshmika in particular for being patient with me all this process, i have learned a very painful lesson about how to take care of my finances, now through debt-mate i have been given a second chance in life financially i promise i won't make the same mistakes again. Thank you very much for helping me, my marriage as well... It is still surreal that i am DEBT-FREE

Poor Service From DEPT-MATE
I apply for Dept-mate on the Month of March to help me clear my closed Dept. Due to Financial crisis I manage to Pay their assistance fee in 2 months which was R3272. 50 times two in total was R6545. After paying no response no calls and no work that was done. When you call their consultant they say the person your looking for is busy at the Moment Pls give us your contact and ID so that when the person is free will give you a call. I am speechless and I thought I will get help but nothing even now still waiting. Guy Be aware of Called DEPT-MATE.

Debt Mate ***** and ******** activity
I would like to worn the public against this *****ulent company, you will be ****med please stay away... they called me not even sure how they got my number promising to improve my score, wanted R5900 on monthly installments of R1495, thereafter they will help to improve my score, some of their ******** members wanted me to deposit cash which I fell victim I did ab additional R4000, so in total R9900, now they have blocked me, I didn't get clearance letter and I can't get through to them, im planning to open a ***** case at police station...... please be warned
