Debt review worried client

I'm a person who discovered that my name is under debt review since 31-10-2014 with I don't know why my name ended there. I was wondering what's going on always when I try to open an account, apply for a loan even a credit card why my application is being rejected/declined as a result of red flag I have and it also affects my wife as we are married in community or property.

On 30-05-2024 after 10yrs of struggle to get one of the account I desire I finally found out that my name is under debt review. Katlego from Finwell legal services phoned me where she told me that my name is under debt review and they are willing to help me to clear my name where we did all arrangements. Finwell charged me R9 000-00 to all the services in regards of this case which I said I can't pay once off as the money is very huge for but I can manage to pay in 6 months installment which is R1500-00 per month until I finish. They also promised to give me updates every month after debiting money from my account. We did a mandate debit check where they started talking R1500-00 end of July 2024 to October 2024 which is 4 months where I left with 2 installment so far. My main problem is the promises that were given to me are not happening as we discussed and I'm starting to have bad feeling about it.

1. After 3 months of paying my R1500-00 installment without updates I have to contact them and I was told that my name does not appear on their system then latter on they transferred my call to Karabo who told me that the file was opened but was not given to anyone so she's the one who will be dealing with my case. 2. After the forth installment I contacted her again because I saw that the promised she made was not happening, then she told me that she sent the complaint in regards of my case and she's waiting for clearance certificate which I don't know that she's telling me the truth or what because I have a lot of doubts about this since they are not contacting me about the issue.,where I'm the one who run after them but when all this started they are the one came to me by the name of helping me. 3. My money is going but no positive result on my case.
