Capital Debt Solutions/Remedy Debt Solutions

This so called company Capital Debt Solutions / Remedy Debt Solutions is the worst company regarding their clients! They don't get back to their clients. You always has to ask for Statements and whenever there is a problem they just ignore you! I gave them a chance because they are very promising on the phone. Like you won't pay any interest! You don't get anything per email. I have started with them Nov 2023 and after a few months I gave them a chance and it went OK BUT customer service was poor from the beginning. And 2 weeks ago I got a call from someone claiming they are working with Capital Debt solutions and they want to take me of the debt review. I only need to pay R1000 per month for 6 months and then I will be off debt review. Which also sounds very promising on the phone. I have received forms to give consent for the R1000 debit order to go off. I have read all papers but didn't gave any consent for the debit order to go off. No paper work was signed! And still the debit order went off today!!! And you can't stop it from my side! And after I have tried to contact capital Debt Solutions they didn't response to me. And in the mean time they take the debit order amount for the credit card and the R1000. I want to stop this! I don't want to be with capital debt solutions anymore!! And their email address doesn't even work
