R1500 refer a friend ****
Hi Have received an Sms from debt busters after becoming debt free. If i refer a friend that me and the friend would receive R1500 each.( Through the link) After several phonecalls and discussions..there was always stories after stories with waiting for management and logging th issue.with no outcome. So this is an friendly reminder that if you recieve an sms like this,ignore it. You will never receive the R1500 or the person that you referred. They are a ****. And thats how they get new business.

Dishonest organization
Dishonest and not telling the truth to their new clients. I'm so disappointed in an agent by the name Lebo Leluba, I asked him several times if they will put me through to debt review and he said no they will just negotiate with my creditors for low monthly payments. To my surprise after I agreed since I told him I will pay my debt monthly i get calls from my creditors telling me that I've been put under debt review process. Not reliable and would never recommend to anyone.

I'm so disappointed in an agent by the name Lebo Leluba, I asked him several times if they will put me through to debt review and he said no they will just negotiate with my creditors for low monthly payments. To my surprise after I agreed since I told him I will pay my debt monthly i get calls from my creditors telling me that I've been put under debt review process. Not reliable and would never recommend to anyone.

Bad communication skills
No one has gotten back to me on email or whatsapp this is so unprofessional really I want a callback tomorrow between 12 or 14:30 or at 15:00 for the laster I want to know why in hell do I pay 3 years on my loans and what is going on.. Or I'll come to your office.. In town

Refusing to remove flag
I’ve received my clearance certificate back in January, and I was told they will have the flag removed. It’s been 2 months now, still nothing. This is one of the worst debt counsellers ever. They don’t care, as long as they get paid. Their customer service staff is horrible, no ones wants to help. I have decided to take a legal action against them. It’s been almost 2 years now going back and forth.
