My Journey to Debt Relief: My Positive Experience with DebtChamp
After six months, I finally feel a sense of relief. Simon has been very kind, caring, and experienced, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He truly made me feel at ease and was able to answer all of my questions. Overall, this has been a really positive experience for me. I was initially a little scared, but everything is going well now.

The customer service is top-notch
The customer service is top-notch. Enrolling in the program was easy, and they fully disclosed all fees and how the payments would be disbursed. Communication is done mostly through email and text messages which are great as I work full-time.

They are transparent about the way it all works
I've been very pleased with Debtchamp. They were able to offer a solution to my out-of-control debt problem without judgement. Everyone I have spoken to has been very kind and compassionate. They explained the program. They are transparent about the way it works and the fees unlike the previous debt counsellor I spoke to. This was not an easy decision to make but it was the best decision for me as I was falling behind my installments because of the high interest rates and fuel prices.

Superb Experience!
Simba was able to explain in simple terms what the debt review program is all about. He was not pushy and he made me feel confident in my decision to take charge of my debt and trust the process.

Pure Awesomeness!
I am thoroughly impressed with Debtchamp. Within a span of several months, they have managed to negotiate my interest rates and monthly instalments downwards and have helped pay off one account. I've two more accounts to go! Debtchamp has my Awesomeness Award!! Hands Down!!
