Scamming thieves

My husband’s account has been debited illegally by this company. We have never even heard of this company. We are not under debtreview. How did you get the account info? How did you get authorisation.? You are thieves and scammers hoping people wont notice small amounts being debited from their accounts. We want answers but none of the numbers on the internet are working.
