DebtOff - very poor services
I have had a very poor experience with this company. I would do my homework very carefully before dealing with them. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions to sort out the confusion, but they refuse to contact me and have no direct numbers to contact them on. I've sent emails and I am ignored. Once I paid my R6000, I was not that important and have not been assisted. I want documents of their services rendered and till this day wait for them. I have however been threatened by them, not put anything on "Hello Peter" All I want is proof of services rendered and someone to talk to.

08 Nov 2019, 09:13DebtOff - have made contact with me and have apologised for not being available. They promised to have my matter sorted by 3pm on 07/11/2019. I am still waiting... it is now 08/11/2019.
