DECO PIZZA OVENS, BOKSBURG -Misinformation supplied regarding the weight of the product and failure to supply accessories paid for and return of funds.

The Rep from Deco Pizza Ovens, Henk supplied the incorrect information regarding the weight of the pizza oven even after confirming the weight number of times, original confirmed weight 185kg, actual weight over 500kg, resulted in major problems and addition costs including the offloading of the oven. When confronted regarding the weight were informed that the Courier Service had not weighted the item correctly. Due to the weight of the oven being too heavy a smaller oven had to be purchased from another supplier and the Deco Pizza Oven sold at a reduced price. Accessories were also purchased and paid for but never delivered, numerous requests were made for the delivery and later the return of the funds but there was always an excuse, in the end we went to their premises in Boksburg personally in order to obtain the funds and a number of exquisite excuses were supplied why payment was not made.
