Bad service and Daylight robbery

I was involved in an accident on N17 Nasrec road in Johannesburg, Deep South Towing company towed me, they stole my car parts and ripped me off in payment. they have a bad service and bad attitude and they undermine their clients and moreover they lied about the towing saying it was their sub contractor but could not reveal him.
