We were charged R850 for the towing service. When we got home the guy wanted an extra R100 and fought about it. We refused since that's not what we agreed on. We asked for account numbers to send him the payment, he insisted he doesn't want it on his account but on eWallet. Told him we only use Capitec and Nedbank, opted for Capitec Cash Send. Sent him the cash and gave the pin and Reference number and he left. 40 minutes later he starts calling us none stop harassing us saying there's no money. Ee even send screen shorts to assure him that money was sent. We check on the app we find out its not redeemed yet, it was back and forth of him calling shouting, swearing and disrespecting us and calling us poor and that we didn't send any money. So we changed the pin on the banking app, just incase he is just using a wrong one and gave him the new pin. Mind that now it was past 7 to 8pm, he was saying there's no money even with the new pin. Saying he is in a "long queue", after 7pm, only to wake up this morning to check the app and find that it has been redeemed. And was still claiming he didn't get the money, now he blocked us.
