Money gone? DC78510
Ordered and fully paid in April this year for 3 magazines online which at the time showed "in stock". On top paid 150 ZAR for delivery. Shortly after payment, received a letter from their Sales Exec (Eve Parkin) the order was now out of stock but expected in 1-2 month time. Reading through all other reviews, which i wish i had done before ordering from this company, that was the last communication with them and Phones and messages are not answered. I still can't believe they will get away with such a **** and hopefully other potential buyers will view this deep red flag before placing any orders with them.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I expierenced the same story as all the other reviews. I suspect the good reviews have been written by DEFCON themselves, as it's impossible for so many to all have the same expierence. These guys take your money, do not answer emails and there are no other contact details available. It is now a month later & I have nothing to show for my order. Their website looks & works really well. I have been waiting a month for my order DC78617

I wish I had read the revies before ordering from this company. The same story as virtually all the other reviews. I suspect the good reviews have been written by DEFCON themselves. These guys take your money, do not answer emails and there are no other contact details available. It is now a month later & I have nothing to show for my order. Their website works really well, you receve a confirmation email & Payfast confirm payment via email. Then nothing. I am curious why Payfast allow them to continue to take money from unsuspecting people. I would instituted legal proceedings but at the moment I cannot afford the time or moeny involved. I my opinion hey are ********s, avoid them

Do not purchase from this **** company.
This online store operated by All Net Holdings (Pty) Ltd is one of a number that they have. They do not carry stock, and they only process orders. You can say goodbye to your money when you process any orders on their websites. They do not ship, they only take the money. They do not respond to any communications, they do not answer their phones, they do not respond to any form of communication at all. From their own website, this is their description: "All Net Holdings (PTY) LTD operate a range of niche eCommerce websites in South Africa since 2015."

These guys advertise products they do not have in stock, then you pay for it and when they must refund, they fail to do so. They do not reply on mails either. Their phone lines do not go thru. They ***** your money. Do not order from them.

Disapointed and i wont use them again
After ordering an item last September 2023 it was finally delivered in late March 2024- the wrong item was sent so I had to send it back. Now almost a month later and many emails asking for feedback, I have been advised that they cannot find stock and I would be refunded - still waiting for it!!! I contacted another supplier, bought the same item and it was delivered the next day!!!!

Disapointed and i wont use them again
After ordering an item last September 2023 it was finally delivered in late March 2024- the wrong item was sent so I had to send it back. Now almost a month later and many emails asking for feedback, I have been advised that they cannot find stock and I would be refunded - still waiting for it!!! I contacted another supplier, bought the same item and it was delivered the next day!!!!

Ordered an item on the site and received an email that the item is out of stock from Eve Parkin. Shared my banking details with them in order to get the refund processed and have not heard from them since. Don't ever buy from them.
