I ordered a Superpure 24lt water filter from Makro. It arrived on 30/11/2024 and when unpacking I saw that the top water container was severely scratched. I took photos and forwarded it to Makro and Definitive Water. Makro informed me to return the item for a decision but on Monday 2/12/2024 Infinitive Water came forward and immediately offered to replace the top container and courier it to me for free. What a company! Will definitely promote their business wherever I go.

It seems I am not alone in finding Definitive Water's approach to customer service quite exceptional. We bought one of their tap-based units via Takealot, the water tasted strange, so we got in touch, and from there it was a detective process until they eventually narrowed the problem down to a faulty O-ring of all things. Throughout, they were responsive, caring and quick to send replacements, try alternative approaches, etc. They should be running a municipality at the very least - imagine how nice it would be to live there!

Amazing customer service,a company that's all about customer focus and satisfaction. I had mistakenly broken the fittings on my newly purchased filter, and I communicated with a friendly staff member at Definitive Water. she further discussed the matter with her manager. The final outcome was shipping me new fittings for free. The fridge filter is working perfectly.Thank you!!

Difinitive Water in Somerset West installed a tannin removal and softner vessel with an automatice head for backwash. Firstly the company had no idea whatsoever to program the automatic head for the correct backwash cycle. This resulted in the tannin getting contaminated due to insufficient backwash as Chandre simply said - leave it on the factory setting which was way too infrequent. This resulted in a fish smell in our water. Upon discussion with him - he simply tried to sell a bigger vessel. He also took our water for testing - and sent the test results back - OMITTING TO TELL US THAT OUR LANGELIER COUNT WAS WAY WAY OFF THE CHART AND THE WATER IS SUPER CORROSIVE AND SHOULD NOT BE PUMPED THROUGH OUR COPPER PIPES!!!! If Chandre had any knowledge of Water and the tests - he would have adviced us to stop - put in a vessel to correct the corrosiveness as the water at the time could have resulted in massive damage to copper plumbing and hundred of thousands of rands in replacement of piping. Chandre does not know the business he is in and I believe he just jumped on the band wagon to make a quick buck during the water crises time in Cape Town. I have found a true expert. You welcome to call me on ********** to get the details .
