i have always loved going here, however i dont know what is happening i received a voucher as a gift, Deidree convinced me to upgrade it as they had a special running so i paid the R300 happily. this was February 2024. i have tried to book numerous times, she cancelled them as something always came up. she doesn't answer when i call and now my messages are not going through. what a way to destroy a lovely business. i will never recommend this place

They are ********* and *******, I paid for 5 vouchers and then had to cancel them the very next morning and requested a refund, they promised a refund and it is now a year later and they have blocked me on what's app and ignore my calls or swear at me when I call them, DISGUSTING establishment ! I have come across another 15+ people who have also been ****med by them including some pensioners !

The owner Deirdre of La Rosa spa is an unprofessional person,she advertises specials which they cannot commit too.I booked a spa appointment for my bday foe my family cause she had a special on 4 ppl for R400, she insisted payment needs to be done .i paid the full price then she says you qualify for a 2hr package for 4 ppl and they will charge me R150 more.I paid it thinking my family would enjoy it .I was booked for Sunday 3pm, she messages me say they had a break in ay the spa and if i could the appointment which i said ok too.Too date i have been messages her we did not get our appointment.She ****s people to get rich quick and never delivers the service u pay for.I am so disappointed 😔

These people don't deserve a rating. They have a fencing and security business as well. I paid them a deposit in march 2023 to install an electric fence and to date, the installation has not been completed. These people don't deserve a rating. They have a fencing and security business as well. I paid them a deposit in march 2023 to install an electric fence and to date, the installation has not been completed. It's really unfortunate that it has come to this, that I have to share my bad experience. 1) On the 04/05/2023 I paid R1300 for a Spa Package thereafter I realized I didn't do an immediate payment, I was told by Deidre Manuel to make an instant eft for me to qualify for the Mother's Day special and the 'Association"' will refunded for my previous eft. In good faith I did an instant payment. Payment as NOT received to date. . . 2) I booked a 2 hour spar package for 4 people with refreshments (which there was none on the day)and to my dismay my appointment was double booked, myself and sister was not seen too. Deidre Manuel apologized on behalf of the 'Association'. 3) I was told by her, that she only does bookings and lets the place out to the 'Association'. She was willing to add another hour to my package to accommodate the inconvenience cause by the 'Association'. 4) I sat for 2 hours, waited for my mum and other sister to be done with their treatments, during that time I noticed how unkept, unorganized, cob webs and spiders on the floor and window panes... it was not a serene, calm, peaceful, placid, and tranquil environment like how a Spa should be. Doors were banging, the staff were laughing and talking loudly. In 2019 I went twice and it was serene, calm, peaceful, placid, and tranquil and I have recommend De La Rosa Spa to many of my friends and family. Now that the 'Association' has taken over I will not be recommending nor rating this Spa. 5) 16/05/2023 I phoned Deidre Manuel to asked why she's not replying to my messages and that I haven't received my refund of R1300 and I asked if I could also get a refund from the Mother's Day Special. She was very unprofessional, rude and didn't like what I had to say about the Spa. Her reply to my refund was : I can complain to whoever I want too, I will not get my refund back R1300.... she said our telephonic conversation was being recorded. I requested a copy but she doesn't want give to me. I thought the 'Association" was responsible for the Spar, including refunding me...... If there's any other person that has experience anything similar, please share and advise. Pamela Pillay
